Last updated: 17 October 2026
This policy explains how Abdulla Wholesale, operated by Linkzone Global FZ-LLC (“we”, “us”), handles personal data when you visit our website, create an account, register a shop, place an order or contact us.
1. Who is responsible for your data
Linkzone Global FZ-LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is the controller of personal data processed through abdullawholesale.com. You can contact us about privacy at any time:
Linkzone Global FZ-LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates · Email abdullawholesale@linkzoneglobal.com · WhatsApp +971500000000
2. What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and password (passwords are stored by our hosting provider in encrypted form; we cannot see them).
- Shop details you give us to verify your business: shop name, contact person, mobile/WhatsApp number, trade licence number and a copy of the licence, TRN, emirate, area, delivery address and preferred collection counter.
- Order details: products, quantities, delivery or collection choice, payment method, notes for the driver and order history.
- Messages you send us through our contact or brand forms: name, phone, email, company and your message.
- Technical data needed to run the site securely, such as your browser type, device, IP address and pages requested, which our hosting provider records in server logs.
- If you accept analytics cookies: anonymous usage statistics (see our Cookie Policy).
3. Why we use it
- To create and secure your account and let you sign in.
- To check that your business is a genuine trade customer before showing trade prices.
- To take, pack, deliver and invoice your orders, including VAT invoices with your TRN.
- To reply to your questions and keep you informed about your orders.
- To keep records we are required to keep by law, including tax records.
- To keep the site secure and improve it.
We rely on: performing our contract with you; complying with our legal obligations (for example UAE VAT record-keeping); our legitimate interest in running and securing our business; and your consent where we ask for it (for example analytics cookies, or when you send us a message). You can withdraw consent at any time.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
- Our own team and delivery staff, to the extent needed to verify your shop and fulfil your orders.
- Service providers who host and run our website, database, file storage and email on our behalf. Some of these providers may store or process data outside the UAE; where they do, we rely on safeguards permitted under UAE law.
- Google, only if you accept analytics cookies.
- Authorities, auditors or advisers where the law requires it or to protect our legal rights.
5. How long we keep it
We keep account and shop details while your account is open. We keep order and invoice records for at least the period required by UAE tax law (currently five years, or longer where the law requires). Messages from our contact forms are kept for up to two years unless they become part of a customer relationship. When data is no longer needed we delete or anonymise it.
6. How we protect it
Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to shop records, orders and trade licences is restricted by account permissions so that each shop can see only its own records and only authorised staff can see all records. Trade licence files are stored privately and are not publicly accessible.
7. Your rights
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and other applicable laws, you may ask us to:
- give you access to, or a copy of, your personal data;
- correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete your data, where we are not required to keep it;
- restrict or object to certain processing;
- transfer your data to you or another provider in a usable format.
To make a request, contact us using the details above. We may need to confirm your identity first. If you are not happy with our response, you can complain to the UAE Data Office.
8. Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect children’s data.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. We will change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell registered shops by email or WhatsApp.
