Terms of Trade

1. Trade customers only

Abdulla Wholesale sells to businesses (such as groceries, supermarkets, cafeterias, restaurants and offices) for resale or business use. It is not a consumer shop. You confirm that you are authorised to act for the business you register.

2. Account and verification

• You must give accurate details, including a valid UAE trade licence, and keep them up to date.
• We review each registration and may approve, ask for more information, or decline it. Trade prices are shown only after approval.
• Keep your password safe. Orders placed through your account are treated as placed by your business.
• We may suspend or close an account that gives false information, misuses the service or does not pay.

3. Prices and products

• Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) per pack and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Prices, ranges and minimum order quantities can change. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order, unless there is an obvious error, in which case we will contact you before fulfilling it.
• Product images and drawings are illustrations. Packaging may change by the manufacturer.
• Trade prices are confidential to your business and must not be shared or published.

4. Orders

Your order is a request to buy. A contract is formed when we accept it, which happens when we confirm it or pack it. If an item is unavailable we may supply a smaller quantity or leave it out, and you will only pay for what you receive. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example where stock is not available, a price is clearly wrong, or the account is not in good standing.

5. Delivery and Click & Collect

• Orders placed by the cut-off (10 PM Dubai time) are normally delivered the next morning within the 7–9 AM window on our route to your area. Delivery times are targets, not guarantees, and we will message you if anything changes.
• Delivery is free above the minimum basket shown at checkout. For smaller orders, any delivery charge will be agreed with you before delivery.
• Someone must be available to receive and sign for the goods. Check the goods and quantities in front of the driver.
• For Click & Collect, collect from the counter you chose during its opening hours and show your order number. Orders not collected within 3 days may be cancelled.
• Ownership and risk pass to you on delivery or collection, once paid for.

6. Payment

You can pay by cash or card on delivery or collection, or by bank transfer. Approved regular customers may be offered credit (“pay on account”) on terms we agree in writing; we may withdraw credit if payments are late. Every order comes with a VAT invoice.

7. Returns, damages and shortages

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by UAE law. Otherwise, our total liability for any order is limited to the price of that order, and we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business or indirect losses. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

9. Your data

We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the UAE. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction. Please contact us first; most issues can be resolved quickly.
